Julius Agwu, the popular comedian, has testified of how he was healed of three major brain tumors. The ace comedian recently gave the testimony at Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, City of David, Lekki, Lagos.

Agwu, who mixed comedy with testimony started by apologizing again to the Regional Pastor of the church, Pastor Idowu Ilemobade, over his poor performance at the pastor’s 50th birthday six years ago, even though he has been apologizing each time he met the pastor.

He confessed that he is a God’s lover. As he put it: ‘For those who have been attending my shows, you will remember that I always praise God at the beginning of each show.’

He added that during the shooting of one of his films, he had a serious seizure which made his wife to rush him to an unnamed hospital at Lekki. He said he was in a coma when he was brought to the hospital. He said the doctors tried their best but their efforts were futile. He said he would have ended his journey in the mortuary if not for the insistence of his sister who is a minister in the RCCG, who organized a prayer session for him.

He said he almost became a vegetable and lost his memory by the time he came back to life. This necessitated his travelling to seek medical solution in the United State.

He revealed that three tumours were removed from his brain in the US and that his latest hair style is to cover up the scars on his head.

He said for this reason, the remaining part of his life will be used to glorify God. To this end, he will be enrolling in Bible School in March this year.
