New Lagos LG secretaries taking oath

Lagos State Governor, Mr Babatunde Fashola, SAN on Monday presided at the administering of Oath of Office on 57 new Executive Secretaries who would run affairs at the Local Governments and Local Council Development Areas, charging them to focus attention on their primary responsibilities at the grassroots level.

Noting that the Executive Secretaries were being inaugurated to ensure that there is no vacuum in service delivery at the local government level, the Governor who spoke at the Adeyemi Bero Auditorium, Alausa said the new Executive Secretaries who would serve for a transitional three months period with four advisory members each must ensure that they secure life and property in their respective areas.
