Your first assumption is that the woman is at fault. Please remember that the Bible gives roles to BOTH. It asks the woman to be obedient to her spouse but asks the man to LOVE his spouse as Christ loves his church and laid down his life for her. As you can see, the job of the man is obvious and arguably far greater than the job of the woman.
